RulesofPlay              Supervision & Safety Our trained staff are available to supervise the use of the equipment. They are always willing to be of assistance, but please note that the accompanying adult is fully responsible for the children in their care, inside and outside of the premises.       • 0 - 11 yrs please ensure children use allocated zones • Shoes must be removed before entering play equipment. For hygiene and safety reasons, socks must be worn at all times. • It is advisable for children to wear long sleeves. • Pens, badges, jewellery, watches, money and sharp objects must not be taken into the playzones. • Playdayz provides staff to ensure smooth running of the operation only. Responsibility for supervision remains with the parent/ guardian at all times. • Playdayz accepts no responsibility for injury inside or outside the building. • Playdayz accepts no responsibility for loss or theft of belongings. • No food, drink or chewing gum may be consumed in the playzones and only food & drink purchased at playdayz may be consumed on the premises. • Please report any accident or injury to a member of staff. • Equipment can be challenging, therefore parents/guardians should encourage the children to use the playzone suitable for them. • Balls, toys and play equipment should not be removed from the play area. • Please encourage children to use the slides one at a time and go down feet first. • destructive or disruptive behaviour is not permitted in the centre. For the safety of the children using the facilities, children displaying such behaviour may be asked to leave. • Any children with recent injuries or who are unwell should not use the facilities. • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the playdayz centre.

You can rest assured your babies and children are in a safe clean enviroment. Here at Playdayz we strive to keep all equipment clean and in good working order, have regular maintenance checks and have annual inspections with ILAM.

All our key staff are fully trained an First Aid, food hygiene and are CRB checked and have undergone training with ROSPA.
